Our firm was founded by Mike Hughes, who after working for the banks saw that his clients needed a fresh approach to motor vehicle & equipment finance, which focused primarily on providing a professional financial service that excelled in customer service. Maurie Ellem, after working for the banks for 28 years, was one of the original founding partners.

Mike Hughes & Partners North West has expanded its original product offering of motor vehicle & equipment finance to now also include the following financial services: property & investment loans, business loans, commercial property loans, debtor finance, personal motor vehicle & boat finance and insurance premium funding. Mike Hughes & Partners North West is also pleased to advise that it has secured the following value added services for its clients which are available through its affiliate divisions: bookkeeping services with Burbank Bookkeeping Services and general insurance services with Burbank Insurance Consultants.

2006

To continue servicing our client’s needs, the firm was restructured and a new additional office trading as Mike Hughes & Partners North West was opened by Maurie Ellem and his son-in-law Damian Lucak.
